The mixers above have a uniqe 3 year warranty for the transmission parts.
During the first year the warranty applies for the complete mixer and covers material- and manufacturing defects.
Defect parts must be returned to SMAKYMIXERS for examination. Damage caused by misuse, incorrect treatment and external force is not covered by the warranty. The mixer must be installed by a certified and qualified service-technician/electrician. Warranty does not cover wear/expendable parts.
WARRANTY IS NOT PROVIDED IF THE MACHINE IS INSTALLED INCORRECTLY OR IF IT HAS BEEN OVERLOADED. INSTRUCTIONS IN THE MANUAL ACCORDING TO INDICATED AMOUNTS WHEN MIXING DOUGH NEEDS TO BE FOLLOWED AND NOT EXCEEDED. AND YOU MUST NEVER USE HIGHER SPEED THAN 1 FOR THICK DOUGHS.
